*There are TWO steps in the submission process. Please make sure you complete BOTH listed below. If you do not complete both steps, we are not able to consider you properly.
STEP ONE: FILL OUT THE INFORMATION FORM & CLICK SUBMIT.
MAKE SURE TO CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON ABOVE AND THEN MOVE ON TO STEP TWO BELOW. Both must be submitted separately for us to receive the full application.
STEP TWO: UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING PHOTOS TO THE LINK BELOW. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY.
PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:
Wear a simple, casual form fitting outfit.
Submit ONE headshot and ONE full body shot.
Make sure to take photos specifically for this submission. No professional photos! These must be taken on your phone by a friend or family member.
Take these photos in natural light against a basic background (Example: brick wall, garage door, etc).
Look straight into the camera for all photos.
Do not submit vacation photos, family photos, group photos, etc.
Females should wear natural makeup or no makeup.
Absolutely NO editing/filters on the photos.
