M&I Models was founded in January of 1985 by Maryann VanSickle. We are a development agency, local agency and mother agency to models and actors. M&I specializes in national and international placement of talent. We have achieved national recognition for our talent who are now working for major agencies in New York, Chicago, LA, Miami, Dallas, Milan, Paris, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok and more international and national markets.
We are equally proud of our successful past and current talent working in other fields. Poise, self-confidence, social etiquette, and a sense of style are valuable assets in today's competitive market place.
Our mission is to execute the best business world-wide through dedicated development and superior representation. Modeling is a business. Just like any other business, there are rules, certain forms of etiquette, and many techniques and skills to be honed. We provide the tools to fully understand where you fit into the industry and what you need to know to be a successful model on both a local and/or national/international level.

GIGI DASKALOVA-
OWNER/AGENT
Gigi has been involved with M&I since 2012. She has experience working on both sides of the modeling industry. In 2012, she started out as a local model working around the Wichita area and since then has worked as a booker, instructor, agency director, scout, event coordinator and now, owner/agent for M&I Models. She is a member of the PRIMA Talent Group. This group includes the most successful mother agents in the USA. Gigi has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology. She understands and has worked in both sides of this industry and is excited to bring new and exciting changes to M&I while continuing the many years of success and strong reputation of the agency.
